Working with Nurseries
Supporting Nurseries Through Music, Play & Community
Boogie Bairns works in partnership with nurseries across Glasgow to bring high‑quality, joyful music experiences to little learners. Our sessions are designed to complement your curriculum, support early years development, and give children a rich, sensory musical environment rooted in play, movement and connection.
Founded by a professional opera singer with a First Class BMus from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Boogie Bairns blends expert musicianship with a warm, accessible approach that children respond to. Everything we do is playful, inclusive and designed to slot naturally into the rhythm of your day
What we offer:
• Weekly, monthly, annual or one‑off musical sessions — including songs, props, instruments and activities that build early musical skills, confidence, creativity and communication.
• Seasonal parties — Halloween, Christmas, Easter and more. We take the stress out of your celebrations by planning and leading the full musical experience, giving staff the chance to enjoy the moment rather than organise it.
• Training opportunities — annual training courses for staff or anyone looking to build confidence and practical skills in early years musical education (0–5). Our training week includes hands‑on experience and builds up to working with real wee ones in real time.
We know nurseries are stretched, and budgets don’t always allow for external providers. If working together isn’t possible right now, even sharing our details with families or following us online helps us continue supporting the wider community.
Boogie Bairns is here to uplift early years development, support nursery teams, and bring families together through the joy of music.
